You can now book online! If you are unable to find something that fits your schedule feel free to email sacredspaceok@gmail.com.  Because we are by appointment only, we may be with a client or out of the office. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond.

It is recommended that clients drink water before and after all sessions to stay hydrated. Your therapist will discuss your treatment goals with you at your appointment.

Why Ashiatsu? 
- Gravity enables Ashiatsu therapists to deliver up to 3x deeper pressure than with traditional hands-on treatments. Utilizing the broad surface of your foot as your massage tool provides consistent pressure and contours nicely to the body. As a result clients will enjoy the same extra range of movement and decrease in chronic tension relief without discomfort.

What to expect
Barefoot massage is performed on a massage table with over-head bars that I utilize for balance.  So, just like traditional hand-on massage you are receiving Barefoot massage on a comfortable table in a relaxing, quiet massage room.  Some people undress completely.  Some only undress to their underwear.  Either is fine.
Your comfort is top priority, and you will be draped with a sheet and/or blanket to ensure your privacy.

Contraindications (Ashiatsu is not for everyone):

Due to the compressive nature of Ashiatsu barefoot massage, therapists must take extra precaution with certain client conditions. This a just a hand full of conditions that would be contraindicated for receiving an ashiatsu treatment. However, ​a certified Deepfeet Therapist will have full knowledge of all contraindications for ashiatsu and how to best address their client needs.

 • Recent injuries or surgeries
 • Contagious skin disorders
 • Compromised immune system
 • Acute liver or kidney disorders
 • Certain medications
 • Acute auto immune disorders
 • Recent surgical implants
 • Advanced Diabetes
 • Osteoporosis/Osteopenia
