Yomassage This modality blends restorative principles of yoga and the gentle touch fo massage, focusing on the breath and looking within. The combination of light touch, gently stretch, and mindfulness provides an avenue for relaxation and healing. Clients wear comfortable clothing and can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music. Everything is provided and this technique is suitable for all levels.
Clients will receive massage while being led through restorative yoga style postures. We offer individual practice or small group sessions. Clients wear comfortable clothing and can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music. Everything will be provided for you, so there is no need to bring anything. Yomassage classes are suitable for all levels, no experience required. We can arrange various atmospheres and accommodations depending on your needs! We start and end promptly. Please arrive 3-5 minutes early to complete or discuss paperwork and payment for services. Payment is required 24 hours in advance for Yomassage sessions.
